AUS-ION 11"/28cm Lightning Long Handle Frypan

Our new 28cm AUS-ION™ Lightning Dual Handle Pan is a great workhorse size! The perfect in between if you need a little more surface than the 26cm, but the 30cm is a bit too big for your stovetop or oven. Perfect for eggs in every imaginable way, or achieving that sear-perfection on a steak. From frittatas, to baking breads and cakes, to small roasts, and all sorts of frying, this pan has you covered. 

Nothing beats seasoned iron for browning, crusting, and caramelisation! Move from stovetop to oven with ease. The lighter weight also makes this an ideal camping or caravan workhorse!

In order to keep costs as low as possible, our Lightning pans are sent 'naked', meaning they do not come in one of our much-loved calico bags. However, if you would like to add one to your order, they are available HERE. 

Made in Australia from 2.5mm thick clean Australian iron, our AUS-ION™ Lightning range is lighter than our flagship AUS-ION™ range and heats up quickly! We eliminated every non-essential cost, simplified the design and reduced the iron thickness from 3mm to 2.5mm, enabling us to offer this pan to you at such a great price!
